Operational
Principle
Wire rope of any length serves as pulling
medium. The wire rope is directed around the drive wheel by
presure and guide rolelrs and is unstressed when it emerges.
This drive wheel system is patented.
Force is transferred to the
rope on the flanks of the drive wheel via the three-point rocker to
the rope wound round the drive pulley. The wire rope can be
quickly and easily inserted and withdrawn at any point along its
length. The tedious job of feeding it in from one
side is no longer required.
Safety and
quality
The name HABEGGER is your guarantee of

thoughtful design and the safety features of HIT-TRAC wire
rope machines. The integral sliding clutch or thermal
protector safety device protects your wire rope machine from
overload. The limit switch stops automatically the
electric motor if the load is pulled against the
housing. The HIT-TRAC has to be anchored securely on
site with straps or slings. HABEGGER equipment is TuV
tested and bears the CE symbol of conformity to CE
standards. HABEGGER's ISO 9001 certificate is your
guarantee of good workmanship and thorough testing of HABEGGER
equipment, from design through to customer service.

HIT-TRAC 16B & HIT-TRAC 16E 
HIT-TRAC
16B
Higher performance for large loads, with petrol
engine. The loads can be lowered manually. The
HIT-TRAC 16B is used for civil defense purposes and
maintenance work, e.g. on mountain railways or in power
stations.
